$15–$20/hour DOE

Carlsbad Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced veterinary professional to join our growing single-doctor practice. We are looking for someone with veterinary technician and/or assistant experience who is comfortable helping in both clinical and client service roles.

• Assisting with exams, treatments, surgery, and patient care
• Restraining patients, collecting lab samples, and performing basic technical skills
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and client communication
• Checking patients in/out and maintaining accurate medical records
• Supporting daily hospital operations and cleanliness
• Educate clients on medications, preventive care, and treatment plans
• Process invoices and payments

• Veterinary clinic experience required
• Veterinary technician/assistant experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• AVImark experience is a plus
