Description
Olive Recruiting is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to promote and sell heavy lift and specialized tranportation services for our client based in Odessa, TX. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, offering tailored, solution-based services to meet the construction industry's needs.
Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth within an assigned territory through proactive prospecting, including in-person visits, cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and participation in networking events or trade shows.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct client discovery meetings and on-site job walks to understand project requirements and deliver customized service solutions.
Prepare detailed estimates and develop strategic proposals aligned with customer needs.
Implement and manage customer-focused strategies to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the crane, construction, transportation or heavy equipment industries. Candidates with hands-on field experience in these sectors and a strong understanding of sales principles may also be considered.
Solid knowledge of crane types, including carry decks, rough terrain, crawler, truck, and all-terrain cranes, is strongly preferred.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Willingness and ability to travel as required for client visits and site assessments.
