We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives (100% in office) for a growing logistics company in Odessa, FL! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and wants long-term career growth. Shift: 11am-8pm Schedule: Must have flexible schedule/work weekends- rotating Saturdays Pay: $16/hr Temp-to-Hire role Send resume to: salary: $15.5 - $16 per hour

education: High School Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Monitor delivery routes and provide real-time updates
• Process order changes, cancellations, and service requests
• Scan haul-away pods and verify documentation
• Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries
• Maintain accurate records and tracking information Qualifications: • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent Important Notes:
• Must be able to work Saturdays or Sundays
• This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment
