What You'll Bring:

2 to 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas production operations Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and P&IDs Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting Valid driver's license and ability to travel between field locations Nice to Have:

Knowledge of production equipment and field operational practices Experience working independently in a field environment Familiarity with environmental, safety standards, and regulatory compliance Preferred Education&Experience:

GED or higher degree Additional Requirements:

Must be able to work on a 10/3 then 5/3 rotation schedule Ability to support routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities Commitment to maintaining safety and operational standards in a fast-paced environment
