Required Skills:

Associate's degree in engineering or a related field Minimum of 3-5 years of oil and gas industry experience Proven gas lift experience, including familiarity with beam, gas lift, and ESP wells Compressor operation experience Basic computer proficiency and SCADA system familiarity Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent safety awareness and adherence to protocols Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Nice to Have Skills:

Experience with oil and gas regulatory compliance Knowledge of environmental safety practices Advanced computer skills or certifications Prior leadership or mentorship experience in field operations Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required 3+ years of hands-on field experience in well maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting within the oil and gas sector Other Requirements:
