Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Manufacturing Te chnician to support operations involving the processing and thermal treatment of explosive hazardous materials. This role requires heavy manual labor, strict adherence to safety and compliance procedures, and the ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures.
Job Description
Perform manual labor related to hazardous and explosive waste processing Support thermal treatment operations for explosive materials Conduct post-treatment cleanup and site maintenance activities Follow strict compliance, safety, and operational procedures Complete and maintain required documentation and paperwork accuratelyWork safely in outdoor environments and extreme heat conditions Assist with material handling and operational support as needed Skills Required
Ability and willingness to perform heavy manual labor daily Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat conditions (up to approximately 120°F) Strong attention to detail, especially regarding documentation and compliance Ability to pass an ATF background check for explosives handling Must be eligible for BATFE Level 4 clearance as an Employee Possessor of ExplosivesClearance is required due to the handling of explosive materials Clearance process is completed through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) after onboarding ATF Form 5400.28 will be used to determine eligibility for explosives operations Physical Demands
Forklift experience preferred, but not required Education
High school diploma or equivalent; Additional requirements
Shift: M on-Thu 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay rate
$22 - $25 per hour (Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors)
