Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Operate spring manufacturing machines (coiling, forming, grinding, etc.)
• Load raw materials (wire/metal) and unload finished products
• Perform basic machine adjustments and monitor production
• Inspect parts for quality, defects, and proper specifications
• Perform secondary processes such as heat treating and finishing
• Package and prepare products for shipment 

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude a plus
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance is required
• Stand for entire shift Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting and repetitive hands-on work

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
