$18.00– $30.00 per hour (Based on experience, performance, and ongoing training participation) Schedule

Monday–Friday,

8:00 AM– 5:00 PM

(1‑hour lunch) Rotating

on‑call schedule

for emergency service (after training period) Occasional nights and weekends as required Primary Responsibilities

Assist with maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment Perform basic troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems under supervision Learn to read wiring diagrams and equipment schematics Support senior technicians on service calls and projects Deliver a professional and respectful customer experienceCommunicate job status and questions to the Service Manager and senior technicians Complete service documentation accurately using company software Maintain company tools, vehicle, and work area in a clean and professional manner Reports To

Service Manager Required Qualifications

Universal EPA Certification

(or ability to obtain shortly after hire) Basic understanding of HVAC systems and tools Willingness to learn commercial HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques 1+ year of HVAC experience ,

or

completion of an HVAC trade school, Associate degree, or technical certification Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members Dependable, punctual, and safety‑minded Willingness to accept responsibility and contribute to a team environment Ability to follow direction and learn from experienced techniciansWhat We Offer
