Operations Support Specialist
We're looking for detail-oriented, motivated individuals to join our Operations team.
In this role, you'll help manage and support utility services for our clients by researching issues, coordinating with providers, and ensuring accurate and timely processing.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for part-time work in a professional environment while building skills in problem-solving, communication, and operations.
Depending on team placement and business needs, your day-to-day may include:
Research and resolve account or billing issues
Enter, review, and validate utility bills in our internal systems to ensure accuracy and timely processing
Communicate with utility providers, clients, and internal teams (phone & email)
Update and maintain account information in internal systems
Coordinate service activations, billing, or issue resolution
Track down missing information (like bills or account details) and ensure completion
Document actions clearly and accurately
Prioritize tasks and manage multiple workflows at once
Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
What we're looking for:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to problem solve and think critically
Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)
Comfortable working on a computer and learning new systems
Ability to manage time and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
Preferred (not required):
Customer service or office experience
Experience using tools like Google Workspace or Excel
Experience handling calls or working with external partners
