JOB DETAILS PAY RATE: $260,000 - $390,000 Per Annum WORK TYPE: Permanent WORK PATTERN: Full Time LOCATION: Salt Lake City JOB ROLE Our client is seeking a talented and motivated associate to join its Finance Practice Group. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of sophisticated debt finance transactions within a collaborative and dynamic legal environment. JOB DESCRIPTION The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: Support and manage a variety of debt finance transactions from inception through closing Draft, review, and negotiate financing agreements and related ancillary documentation Advise clients on credit facilities and other financing arrangements Collaborate with partners and cross-practice teams to ensure efficient transaction execution Take ownership of day-to-day transaction management Build and maintain strong client relationships through direct interaction THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 3–6 years of debt finance transactional experience (lender-side, borrower-side, or both) Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines effectively Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school Please be advised that only candidates that have the specific skills and experiences required for this role will be shortlisted and submitted to our client for review.
