Inventory Cycle Count Associate
In this role, the primary responsibility of the Cycle Counter is to perform daily inventory counts in assigned locations in accordance with Growve's established cycle count procedures.
This part-time position reports remotely to the Cost Accounting Manager and works closely with the on-site Warehouse Manager.
Objectives & Responsibilities:
Perform daily cycle counts of inventory locations in accordance with internal policies and assist in establishing inventory controls as needed.
Review and resolve discrepancies identified during cycle count activities.
Maintain accurate records of completed inventory counts.
Collaborate with warehouse staff and leadership to locate missing materials and address procedural issues.
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, cherry pickers, and reach trucks.
Use inventory management tools such as Plex WMS, Microsoft Excel, and handheld scanning devices.
Prepare and submit a daily report summarizing counting activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in counting and recordkeeping
Ability to communicate and collaborate professionally both in person and online
Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner
Ability to safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
