Customer Service Representative-Biligual


Fuse3 Solutions is working with a client that is looking to hire multiple Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. This position will provide solutions to customers and answer questions over the phone. Must be able to work in a call center type of environment.



Duties of the Customer Service Representative


  • Answer phone calls from current customers
  • Advise customers and provide solutions to issues
  • Provide exceptional customer support over the phone


Requirements of Customer Service Representative


  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Able to multi-task
  • Experience working on a computer
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Ability to work in a call center environment

This is a contract to hire position. The company offers a competitive benefits package and opportunity for growth and advancement once a full-time employee.
