What you will do::
Lead and develop warehouse teams, including CDL drivers and delivery helpers, through training, performance monitoring, and evaluations 

Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing protocols, partnering with the Regional Safety Manager, and ensuring timely incident reporting 

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, distribution, inventory control, and material handling 

Implement and enforce procedures that align with company guidelines to drive operational efficiency 

Collaborate with management to resolve challenges, optimize layouts, and adjust inventory as needed 

What you will bring::
Bachelor’s degree, five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of both 

Proven leadership experience in talent development, coaching, and guiding teams through change 

Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a dynamic environment 

Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers 

Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours to achieve goals
