To excel in this role, candidates should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing, with at least 5 years specifically in leading performance marketing for consumer apps, eCommerce, or D2C brands.
A proven track record in paid ad and UGC ad campaigns, particularly on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, is essential.
Experience in a tech startup environment and a strong background in managing substantial paid search or social budgets are also required.
The ideal candidate will have a history of successfully scaling paid marketing and achieving ROI efficiency, as well as experience in scaling organic traffic through content and SEO.
Leadership skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with CEO and finance stakeholders, are a must.
