About the Role
The Company is seeking a Payroll Executive Director to lead the strategic operations of a global payroll function.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance and efficiency across diverse regions and remote work environments, with a particular focus on executive-level payroll processes.

Applicants must have a Bachelor of Arts degree or equivalent educational background, with a minimum of 15 years' experience in payroll management, and 20 years preferred.
The role requires executive-level expertise in payroll operations and strategic leadership, proficiency in advanced payroll software and systems, and a strong knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
