Requirements High school diploma or GED Must be a CHHA or CNA with a valid certification through the state of Oklahoma Must have a validdriver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation Pass state required background check CPR certification Negative TB test within the last 12 months Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 50 pounds Proven experience in personal care and/or home care Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and caring demeanor
