Sales Representative - R&D Tax Credits - remote position, Oklahoma City

Overview

Sales Representative– R&D Tax Credits for ADP across multiple U.S. locations. This remote position requires in‑person presence at the nearest ADP sales office at least once per week. What You’ll Do: Responsibilities

Develop executive‑level relationships with Small‑ and Mid‑Market employers (1–500 employees) and partner with ADP's Accountant Partner Channel to capture maximum Tax Credits. Create opportunities daily by collaborating with internal ADP sales partners, establishing relationships with external partners (accounting firms, bankers, industry groups), and utilizing targeted data to self‑generate leads.Validate prospect eligibility using ADP's Tax Credits Operations expertise. Support company events such as tradeshows and training sessions. Close sales, meet quota, develop an annual business plan, set activity goals, and use Salesforce and targeted marketing campaigns to drive results. Build and maintain a network of external centers of influence and internal sales partners.Serve as an ADP ambassador, demonstrating resilience, positivity, a "refuse to lose" attitude, and the highest ethical standards. Required Qualifications

Five years of successful sales experience into the business community, preferably in Tax Credit sales. Payroll sales experience. Ability to travel 30‑40% and attend an ADP sales office at least once per week. Preferred Qualifications

Prior quota‑carrying experience. Successful network building and effective use of social media for sales. Benefits&Compensation

Base salary range: $54,300.00– $115,000.00 per year, plus uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and potential bonus, equity, or additional commission opportunities.
