We have the capability to provide support for all your industrial and MRO needs with a vast array of tools, hand tools, fasteners, consumables, and a factory authorized tool repair facility.The Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative will maintain accounts and conduct day to day activities, resolve conflict and ensure customer satisfaction. Daily activities include heavy phone and internet correspondence with customers and vendors; source custom, non-standard, value added solutions; enter all sales orders and purchase orders into the operating system; and set up part numbers and manage contract files.Essential Functions

Sell industrial hose, gasket and piping products and maintain customer accounts Take orders on the phone and over the internet Enter orders and product quotes into the computer system Emphasize salable features, quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales orders for orders obtained Estimate delivery dates based on knowledge of production and delivery schedules and inventoryPrepares reports of business transactions in company database Works with account managers to keep account activities up to date Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries This position is onsite and does not offer a remote work arrangement Experience, Education and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent Associates degree or higher is preferred Must possess good working knowledge of engineering principals, solid modeling, welding and fabrication.
