Job Title
Position Responsibilities: Provides order status and information support to customers Enters customer purchase orders into accounting and scheduling system Acts as customer representative to other internal departments Acts as corporate representative to the customer Works with Sales Engineers to communicate all aspects of customer orders with customerAssists the Sales Manager in all duties and other tasks as assigned Enters parts orders and confirm with customers Generates quotes in business system from Service Reports Follows-up on customer to submit purchase orders for service quotes Converts quotes to order Prepares credit paperwork for review and approvalOther duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous customer service experience in electronics industry preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to complete tasks independently and meet strict deadlines Ability to seek out new tasks and welcome new challenges in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentAbility to communicate effectively with customers and various levels of management both written and verbal High School diploma or equivalent Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
