Summary Bethany High School is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our coaching staff as an Offensive Coach for our high school football program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing offensive strategies, mentoring student-athletes, and fostering a positive and competitive team environment. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the game, and a commitment to the academic and athletic success of our players.

Responsibilities - Design and implement offensive game plans and strategies for practices and games. - Conduct position-specific training sessions to enhance individual and team performance. - Analyze game footage to assess player performance and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with the head coach and other coaching staff to develop a cohesive team philosophy.- Monitor and support the academic progress of student-athletes, ensuring they meet eligibility requirements. - Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes sportsmanship and teamwork. - Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration regarding team activities and player development.- Organize and oversee offensive drills during practice sessions, ensuring safety and skill development. - Attend staff meetings, coaching clinics, and professional development opportunities to stay current with coaching techniques and strategies. - Assist with the recruitment of prospective student-athletes and promote the football program within the school and community.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field preferred but not required. - Previous coaching experience, particularly in offensive strategies, at the high school or collegiate level. - Strong knowledge of football fundamentals, offensive schemes, and player development techniques.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and engage student-athletes. - Ability to work collaboratively with coaching staff and school administration. - Commitment to the academic and athletic success of student-athletes. - First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain upon hiring.- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during the football season. - A valid driver's license and background check clearance.
