PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Production Supervisor for a company based in Marion, AL. In this role, you will manage workflow at the food manufacturing facility. Some duties include having strong communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to resolve workplace issues effectively. Trouble shoot issues to eliminate downtime. And be responsible for coordinating production with engineering, warehouse, suppliers, and customers.Pay Rate $50,000 - $60,000 annual salary Schedule and Hours 5 30am to 5 00pm Monday through Thursday

Duties and Responsibilities• Monitor production standards to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality and meet customer objectives. • Conduct performance reviews, motivate team members and create strategies to boost productivity. • Ensure production lines and schedules are being met up to company standards.• Directly supervise a group(s) of hourly personnel performing various production duties on multiple lines. • Take necessary steps to control potentially unsafe conditions or poor-quality product. • Conduct weekly safety meetings with hourly employees. • Monitor line productivity and coordinate downtime activity with Maintenance personnel and Management.• Ensure continuous improvement with production and preventative maintenance for equipment. • Ensure production schedules are being met. Requirements• At least 5 years in Industrial Supervision experience. • Minimum of High School Diploma. • Must have professional attitude, strong work ethics, and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment. • Must be well organized, detail oriented and have strong problem-solving skills.Job Type Full-time, Direct Hire Benefits• Weekly Pay
