What You'll Do:
Support GAAP financial reporting, reconciliations, and quarter-end close activities
Analyze financial data, variances, and reporting trends to support business decisions
Coordinate audits, support internal controls, and research accounting matters
Mentor junior team members and support future leadership responsibilities
Identify process improvements that enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
3–5 years of accounting, FP&A, audit, or financial reporting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Excellent communication skills with leadership potential and strong attention to detail
