We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations.
This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who can manage front-desk activities, handle incoming communications, and maintain accurate administrative records.
The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to keep office tasks moving efficiently in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day administrative support activities to keep office operations running smoothly.
• Welcome visitors, direct inquiries, and provide attentive front-desk assistance.
• Answer inbound phone calls promptly and route messages to the appropriate contacts.
• Enter, update, and maintain data in office systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Prepare, organize, and file documents to support administrative and operational needs.
• Coordinate general office tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and record management.
• Assist with administrative updates or process changes as needed to support business operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inbound calls and communicate professionally with internal and external contacts.
• Experience performing data entry with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in general administrative assistance and office coordination tasks.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable professionalism and a customer-focused approach to front-desk and office support responsibilities.
