What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan in collaboration with the National and Regional Management Team
Coordinate with Representative Agencies Sales Teams to implement tactical sales plans targeting residential contractors
Measure and report on product specification and training programs to enhance adoption of water heating technologies
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market sales and share
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distribution teams to maximize sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven record of exceeding sales targets and developing long-term relationships
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving orientation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other sales tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in sales within the plumbing-related industry
Demonstrated experience in meeting customer requirements and a strong customer service attitude
Ability to lead and motivate team members and manage negotiation processes effectively
Knowledge of CRM software and a sound technical understanding of plumbing and mechanical products
Availability to travel within the territory as needed
