At All Pro, we don't just offer jobs—we offer careers with purpose.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and dispatch technicians to service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency repairs.Prioritize service requests based on urgency and technician availability.Monitor and adjust schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.Receive and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.Provide customers with information about service availability, estimated arrival times, and any potential delays.Qualifications:It is preferable to have prior experience in dispatching, customer service, in plumbing, service technicians, or electricians2+ years of dispatch experience2+ years of customer service experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Attention to detail and accuracy.The capacity to function both individually and collaboratively is essential.Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.Pay Transparency:The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from$20-$23plus bonuses, based on experience.
The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
