Defend municipalities and public entities in personal injury and tort litigation matters Handle cases from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Conduct depositions and court appearances Manage negotiations, mediations, and litigation strategy Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients on complex legal mattersPreferred Background

2-5 years of litigation experience Experience with personal injury, tort defense, or public entity defense preferred Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills Experience handling depositions, motions, and court appearances Active California Bar admission required Compensation&Benefits
