Mold Inspector

, you’ll be the trusted expert clients rely on to assess their homes and businesses. You’re not just inspecting—you’re educating, problem-solving, and delivering peace of mind. Conduct full property inspections (interior&exterior) to detect mold and moisture issues Perform air and surface testing (Spore Trap, swab/tape sampling, InstaScope analysis) Use advanced tools like moisture meters, hygrometers, and thermal imaging cameras Clearly explain findings to clients in a simple, professional way Create detailed reports with photos, findings, and customized remediation plansProvide accurate treatment estimates using proprietary Dry Fog technology Document all activity in company CRM software Travel to residential&commercial sites throughout the day

What You Bring We’re looking for someone who combines technical skill with strong communication—a true field professional.

Preferred Experience: Mold, home, or property inspection background Certifications such as NORMI or Micro (a plus) Experience with moisture detection and air sampling equipment Understanding of home construction and building systems

Must-Haves: Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, and tight environments Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical fieldwork Strong communication and report-writing skills Valid driver’s license&ability to travel locally Tech-savvy
