The Customer Service Representative serves as a primary point of contact for members and providers, handling incoming calls with professionalism and delivering exceptional customer service aimed at achieving first call resolution. This role is crucial in assisting callers by guiding them through the health plan, clarifying authorization requirements, providing updates regarding the status of referrals and assisting with other duties as needed. This position requires proficiency in utilizing multiple communication channels, a strong attention to detail, and meticulous documentation to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.Qualifications

Education, Experience, Training Required qualifications: High School Graduate or GED required Customer service experience in a fast-paced office setting Ability to handle a high call volume in a professional and courteous manner Working knowledge of self-funded medical plans and/or Managed Care plansComputer literate in Microsoft Office Windows Pay Transparency

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $21.00 to $27.58. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.Employment Status
