Summary: The Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the showroom and warehouse. This includes routine cleaning duties, event support, and occasional light maintenance. The role also involves assisting with setting up and cleanup for company events and may include light dishwashing and bar service support.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 08:30 PM, 2 Saturday(s) a month from 09:00 AM to 02:30 PM

Compensation: This hourly, non-exempt position pays from $18.75 to $21.75 per hour, with overtime compensated at 1.5 times the base rate. New hires usually earn between $47,031.25 and $62,552.5 annually, or more, depending on experience, overtime hours, and bonuses.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning of the showroom, warehouse, and office areas.

Clean and restock restrooms, ensuring adequate supplies.

Empty trash bins throughout the facility, including office and warehouse areas.

Sweep, mop, and operate floor cleaning equipment such as a sweeper machine.

Maintain and replenish janitorial and maintenance supplies in the stockroom.

Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.

Drive a company vehicle to pick up supplies as required.

Assist with company events, including setup, general cleaning during the event, trash management, dishwashing, and light bar support.

Perform additional duties as required and or requested.

Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and/or Experience requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

2+ years of janitorial experience preferred.

Prior experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.

Forklift certification or experience is a plus.

Experience operating a sweeper machine is preferred.

Basic computer or tablet proficiency is a plus.

Valid Driver’s License required.
