Hydration Room®, a vitamin IV and injection therapy clinic, is looking for a motivated PER DIEM RN to staff our IRVINE, VILLA PARK, YORBA LINDA, FULLERTON, BREA AND ANAHEIM HILLS AREA LOCATIONS (MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL LISTED LOCATIONS).

We are looking for an RN with one of the following availabilities:

MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE 4 WEEKEND SHIFTS PER MONTH

MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE 6 SHIFTS PER MONTH: 4 WEEKDAYS AND 2 WEEKENDS

Team members must be available to work shifts scheduled within a possible range of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Core Role Responsibilities:

Administer IV and injection therapies/medications.

Instruct individuals on topics such as health education and general preventative health measures such as diet and exercise.

Maintain accurate, detailed reports and health records.

Promote membership programs, packages and treatment plans to patients.

Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

Be able to function in the heat of an emergency and act according to protocol.

Work with the District Lead Nurse to maintain nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.

Keep the clinic in compliance with Hydration Room inspections before and after each shift.

Understand great customer service, general sales, and patient care.

Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for customers.

Responsible for overseeing Wellness Coordinator staff at clinics.

Maintain documentation of patient care services.

Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management staff.

Train new staff.

Deliver 5 Star Customer Service to ensure our patients have a positive experience in the clinic.

Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills

In-depth knowledge of IV Clinic procedures

Proficient patient charting system, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, or related software

Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving skill

Education and Experience:

Valid RN License with no sanctions

Current BLS required

BSN or diploma in nursing

Two years of related experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Must be able to traverse the entire facility

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
