Inside Sales Representative (multiple openings)

Location: Burbank

Schedule: fully onsite | Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (once brought on permanently schedule can be more flexible with start time between 7-8am)

Duration: temp-to-hire (conversion target around 3 months)

Salary: $23/hr (eligible for quarterly bonus)

Job Description: We are looking for a few highly motivated professionals with excellent customer service and sales experience to excel within an Inside Sales Technician position at our client's offices in Burbank. This position conducts direct inbound phone/email sales to electrical wholesalers/distributors across the country, so any applicable electrical industry experience is a plus, though not required for this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Customer service, quote generation, product knowledge, technical guidance, order processing, problem solving, team building, and direct sales (absolutely NO cold calls/telemarketing).

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Applicable sales industry experience

* Bilingual preferred

* Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
