Job Overview
Priority1, Inc. is seeking outside Territory Managers based in Anaheim to drive new business acquisition in the logistics industry. The role focuses on B2B product and service sales, with opportunities to advance to Senior Territory Manager or Regional Sales Manager positions. Responsibilities
Prospecting new business, including door‑to‑door cold calling and other outreach efforts. Developing lead generation strategies and utilizing CRM to track activity. Setting up new accounts and managing the sales cycle from prospect to close. Maintaining existing client relationships and reporting on performance metrics.Qualifications
Preferred: 2+ years of freight sales experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field. High energy, polished professional appearance, and a passion for sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for executive‑level decision makers.Self‑motivated and willing to be part of a winning team. Compensation&Benefits
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission. $500 monthly car allowance. Reimbursement for gas receipts. Medical insurance with 100% employee and dependent premium coverage. Dental, vision, and HSA coverage with employer contributions. Life, short‑term, and long‑term disability insurance.401(k) plan with Employer 15% contribution. Profit sharing based on total eligible compensation. Paid holidays and PTO. Optional cancer, critical illness, and accident policies. Training&Development
New hires will complete three weeks of corporate training within the first 24 months, including additional senior Territory Manager and management training as career progression demands. Training programs are conducted in Little Rock, AR. The Fast Start Program provides 3 months of in‑field experience with upper management immediately after basic sales training.Rewards&Recognition
