Process Engineer III, Florida

We are seeking a results-driven Process Engineer to join our team and lead continuous improvement efforts at our Winchester or Orlando facility. In this role, you will be responsible for driving process enhancements, conducting data-driven studies, and recommending solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Provide plant-level leadership for manufacturing process control strategies

Develop and manage capital authorization requests and related projects

Use Six Sigma, TQM, and other quality tools to reduce scrap and improve performance

Conduct audits and develop actionable improvement plans based on findings

Support production and maintenance teams in troubleshooting and optimization

Collaborate cross-functionally to implement and sustain improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong communication and technical problem-solving skills

Experience in the plastics industry is preferred

Proficient in applying business and technical knowledge to real-world manufacturing challenges
