Position Overview We are seeking a driven, coachable, and growth-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performance remote team.
This role is designed for individuals who want to build a scalable book of business , leverage warm, high-intent leads , and earn uncapped income with long-term residual growth .
This is a producer-focused role —you will not be bogged down by servicing, cold calling, or administrative inefficiencies.
No cold calls - just warm leads.
What You'll Do Engage with warm, inbound leads —no cold calling required
Quote, present, and close commercial and personal insurance policies
Build and manage your book of business across multiple states
Leverage advanced CRM and quoting systems to increase speed and efficiency
Collaborate with internal service teams to ensure seamless client experience
Participate in live coaching, training, and deal support sessions
Continuously improve sales performance through feedback and mentorship
