Position: Customer Service Representative Administrative
Location: Spencer
Duration: 1+ Month Contract
Schedule: Monday Friday | 9:00 AM 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22/hour on W2
Employment Type: Contract
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Provide excellent customer service and support
Process customer orders and generate invoices
Assist with financial account management and order tracking
Research and resolve customer concerns and complaints
Maintain accurate customer records and data entry
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Follow up on customer requests in a timely manner
Support administrative and clerical functions as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Professional, positive, and customer-friendly attitude
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
Data entry and problem-solving experience preferred
Preferred Skills
Experience handling customer accounts or invoicing
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong listening and interpersonal communication skills
Reliable follow-up and customer retention mindset
Additional Requirements
Must successfully complete a background check and drug test before starting assignment
