Supporting students where faith and formation meet. We are seeking a detail-oriented and student-focused part-time Coordinator of Financial Aid to support our Seminary and Graduate Theology programs. This vital role manages the administration of the Federal Work-Study program and ensures students have the necessary resources and specialized support - including guidance for international students - to pursue their vocations.Primary Duties&Responsibilities: Implement and monitor student billing and collections for theological programs Maintain strict adherence to Title IV regulations and institutional policies, assisting with audits and state/federal reporting Serve as a point of contact for payment of VA education benefits and reportingWhat We're Looking For: Strong organizational, analytical, computer, interpersonal, and communication skills Self-starter who can multi-task, maintain strict confidentiality, and demonstrate sensitivity to a diverse student population Willing to work 24 hours a week Prior experience in higher education financial aid office is a plus
