Thanks to our rapidly expanding business, we are hiring for ALL of our Adriana’s Insurance offices whether you have experience or not! We will provide you with paid training and help you get your producer license.  

Applicants must be able to generate new business by educating potential customers about insurance needs. You will sell, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of our prospective customers. The goal is to build strong, positive relationships, to ensure revenue growth and establish your reputation as an agent. 

Adriana’s Insurance provides the tools to become a leader by providing ongoing Mentorship and Training to promote personal and professional growth. 

What you’ll do

Evaluate individual customer needs to educate clients on insurance options 

Take initiative and be proactive

Work well whether independently or with a team 

Thrive in a fast-paced environment 

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships 

Meet sales targets

Develop sales skills

Cross-sell products and other services 

Reach out to customer leads by using our in-house platforms

Resolve customer issues and complaints 

Work with a variety of A-rated carriers to tailor each client’s experience

Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

Successfully advance through preliminary phases to earn the privilege of receiving leads that are ready to close. 

Initial training period will involve making outbound calls. 

Requirements

Who are you

Professional and charismatic personality

Customer service experience is preferred

Call center experience is a plus

Interested in continued learning 

Knowledge of marketing products and services is a plus 

Highly self-motivated and goal oriented

Strong networking and client relationship building skills

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Computer proficiency

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

Ability to connect with our client

Bilingual in English and Spanish (Proficient)

Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships

Pay: $60,000-$150,000 (base pay plus commission)
