We're looking for a results-driven Procurement & Readiness Manager to support our growing enterprise across multiple locations.
This role is critical to ensuring our technicians have the right parts at the right time - driving efficiency, reducing delays, and improving overall field performance.You'll play a key role in strengthening procurement execution, improving inventory alignment, and supporting installation readiness across the business.If you're someone who thrives on building structure, improving processes, and making a direct operational impact, this is a great opportunity to step into a high-visibility role.Key ResponsibilitiesStandardize ordering practices across all locationsEnsure consistent use of approved vendors and procurement channelsMaintain optimal inventory levels for high-velocity partsReduce special-order dependency through proactive planning Partner with operations teams to support installation readinessTrack vendor performance, pricing, and fulfillment reliabilityDrive adoption of procurement programs (Neighborly/ProTradeNet)Improve visibility and consistency across inventory and purchasing processesRequired Qualifications7-10+ years of procurement, supply chain, or inventory management experienceExperience supporting multi-location or enterprise operationsStrong systems experience (ServiceTitan preferred)Strong organizational and process-driven mindsetProven problem-solving ability in fast-paced environmentsExperience implementing cost-reduction strategies and improving cost efficiencyAbility to plan and execute effective procurement strategiesHigh level of integrity and transparency when working with vendors and suppliersAbility to travel up to 50% to support enterprise locationsBonus If You HaveExperience in home services, building materials, or industrial distributionFamiliarity with procurement platforms such as ProTradeNet or NeighborlyExperience improving inventory systems and purchasing workflows at scaleWhy Work with Us?
