Overview: We are hiring experienced Solar Sales Representatives for a full-cycle, sales role covering the Bronx and Brooklyn. Thisrole is built for confident sales professionals who can generate their own leads, run in-home consultations, and close deals independently. With base pay plus uncapped commission, strong reps consistently earn $2,500–$4,000 per week, with $160,000 in first-year earning potential. At Mpower, you’ll be part of a supportive, team-driven environment with hands-on mentorship, leadership support, and technology designed to help you move faster, generate proposals efficiently, and close more deals. Compensation: $800 weekly base salary $300 per KW commission $50 per KW leadership override $50 perKW vesting $500 monthly vehicle stipend Additional performance bonuses On-Target Earnings (OTE): $160,000 annually plus vesting opportunities What You’ll Do: Generate your own leads through direct outreach Run in-home solar consultations Educate homeowners and present customized solar solutions Build rapport and guide customers through the decision-making process Handle objections confidently and effectively Manage follow-ups and maintain a strong sales pipeline Close deals consistently and drive revenue What We’re Looking for: We are seeking experienced, motivated sales professionals whoare confident in running a full-cycle sales process! 1 years of solar sales experience Proven ability to run the full sales cycle independently Strong communication and closing skills Comfortable meeting homeowners face-to-face daily Highly motivated and performance-driven Requirements: Must be 18and authorized to work in the U.S. Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 11 AM – 8 PM) Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle Comfortable with fieldwork and daily lead generation Why Join MPower?
