Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Associate to join our team. This position involves working with corn and soybean seeds, including bagging, palletizing, and treating processes. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, excellent punctuality, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities: Bag and palletize corn and soybean seeds according to production orders. Treat and prepare soybean seeds for distribution. Interpret and follow written production orders, including quantities, lot numbers, and labels. Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including passing forklift training.Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to all safety guidelines to ensure a safe workplace. Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred. Reliable transportation is essential. Steel toe shoes are required for safety. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Basic math skills for counting and inventory management.Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information:
