CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT (INTERIORS)

Leading Long Island based construction management firm is actively looking to add a Superintendent well-versed in interior construction projects to their growing team.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee day‑to‑day field operations, directing on‑site crews, subcontractors, and overall jobsite logistics to keep construction activities running efficiently.
• Partner closely with the Project Manager to support all phases of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, quality oversight, and technical coordination among all trades.
• Perform regular site inspections, uphold rigorous safety practices, and ensure all work aligns with contract specifications and established quality expectations.
• Track project expenses, verify subcontractor invoices, and maintain thorough documentation through daily reporting and routine project meetings.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams while mentoring field personnel and reinforcing a safety‑first culture.

SALARY: to $125K
