Med Tech - Memory Care (Part-Time, Weekend)
Grand Villa of Palm Bay is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Weekend Med Tech to join our memory care team.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician's orders and facility policies
Monitor residents for any changes in health status and report findings to nursing staff
Assist residents with daily activities and personal care as needed
Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents with memory impairments
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Follow all safety and infection control protocols
Skills and Qualifications:
Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification or equivalent required
Prior experience working with memory care residents preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of medication administration and safety procedures
Flexibility to work weekends and part-time hours
