Responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional guidance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property

Assist sellers in effectively promoting their properties to attract advantageous offers

Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions

Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in the real estate industry

Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value

Requirements

Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry

Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills

Strong communication and negotiation abilities

Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Minimum age of 18+
