Requirements
Active license/certification in applicable state
2 plus years of experience
Completing of Critical Care Course within 1 year of hire and Demonstrated competency in IV Sedation within 6 months of hire: Required.
Perinatal: Neonatal Resuscitation within 6 months of hire and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring within 6 months of hire and Advanced Fetal Monitoring within 1 year of hire required for the Labor & Delivery dept: Required.
Perinatal: Neonatal Resuscitation within 6 months of hire required for the Obstetrics & NICU depts: Required.
PACU/SDS: PALS certification within 1 year of hire and IV Sedation within 6 months of hire: Required.
Emergency Dept: PALS certification required at time of hire and TNCC certification within 1 year of hire and Demonstrated competency in IV Sedation within 6 months of hire: Required.
Procedures Nurse Interventional Radiology RN: IV Sedation within 6 months of hire: Required.
MICN and CEN certifications for the Emergency Dept and PICC competence for Procedures Nurse Interventional Radiology
Current BLS certification, ACLS
Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
Responsibilities
Provide patient care in accordance with facility standards
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patient condition and report changes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards
