Through the program, the Internal Audit Intern will learn about varied auditing, operational, and accounting activities within the business. This individual periodically interacts with mid-level management and staff. Apply learned knowledge of accounting and auditing principles by performing or assisting in the planning and execution of compliance, financial, and operational audits of business operations at various Caesars properties, with primary focus at various Las Vegas Caesars Entertainment locations. This includes an introduction into the following responsibilities, which will provide a learning experience into real-world Internal Audit functions./ph3How You Will Create the Extraordinary/h3ulliAssist in performing compliance, financial, and operational audits of business operations at various Caesars properties, primarily at Las Vegas Caesars locations./liliAssist in examining and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of information systems and business controls./liliAssess compliance with regulatory requirements./liliIdentify and document business processes and controls in accordance with established department standards./liliContribute to a strong relationship with property mid-management and staff./liliAssist in presenting oral and written results of audit activities to various levels of management and staff./liliAssist in performing a wide variety of ad hoc special projects that may include collaboration with mid-level corporate or property management./liliParticipation in shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities in accounting, auditing, and operations with current professionals./li/ulh3What You Will Need/h3ulliMust be eligible for Gaming Employee Registration in Nevada.
