Mechanical Draftsperson

to join our innovative product design team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in

technical drawing, 3D modeling, and product detailing

, and wants to contribute to the development of high-end decorative plumbing fixtures. We’re looking for a professional who combines

precision, creativity, and strong CAD proficiency

3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings

for faucets, flush valves, and related accessories using SolidWorks. Prepare

assembly drawings, exploded views, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)

for new and existing products. Revise and maintain drawings to reflect engineering changes and product updates. Collaborate with engineers, production teams, and suppliers to ensure design accuracy and manufacturability. Apply

GD&T standards

and ensure all drawings meet mechanical and production tolerances. Support prototype development, fit testing, and documentation for tooling and production. Assist with

Design for Manufacturability (DFM)

improvements and maintain drawing consistency across product lines. Organize and archive design files in accordance with company standards. Qualifications MUST have SolidWorks experience

(latest version required; workstation provided if needed). Certificate or Associate’s degree in Mechanical Drafting, Mechanical Design, or related technical field. Minimum

3 years of experience in mechanical drafting or product detailing

, preferably in plumbing, fixtures, or consumer hardware. Strong knowledge of

manufacturing processes

such as casting, machining, plastics, and finishing. Ability to interpret complex design concepts and translate them into accurate, production-ready drawings. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple drafting projects simultaneously.
