Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our quality management systems, ensuring compliance with AS**** standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with AS**** standards and other relevant aerospace regulations.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams on quality-related matters, including process controls, inspection methods, and testing procedures.
Develop and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality manuals.
Participate in design reviews and new product introduction processes to ensure quality requirements are incorporated from the early stages of development.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, such as Six Sigma projects, to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Conduct supplier quality assessments and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances, coordinating with relevant departments to implement effective solutions.
Train and mentor quality technicians and other team members on quality processes, tools, and best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in aerospace quality management.
Represent the quality department in cross-functional meetings and project teams.
Prepare and present quality performance reports to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.
Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering within the aerospace industry.
In-depth knowledge of AS**** quality management system requirements and implementation.
Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, materials, and technologies.
Experience with quality management software and data analysis tools.
