Job Title: Delivery Driver
Location: DCM3 - 43500 Victory Parkway, Glenwillow, OH, 44139
Shift: Shifts start at 10:40am, are usually 10 hours/day, and are available 7 days/week.
Compensation: Starting pay $20.50/hour, plus any overtime and benefits
Benefits and Scheduling:
Full-time drivers work a flexible schedule of typically 4 days/week, 10 hours/day (including breaks).
Part-time drivers work the same 10-hour shift, but between 1-3 days per week.

Key Duties and Responsibilities of a Delivery Driver:
Successfully handle and deliver packages on time, in all weather conditions and on various routes.
Stay active and keep pace in physically demanding job. Delivery drivers must load, sort, and unload 150 or more packages (ranging from envelopes to boxes) into and out of the delivery vehicle. They must be able to lift & move packages weighing up to 50lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. Delivery drivers deliver those packages from the vehicle to the customer’s doorstep, which means they are climbing in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at various locations, and frequently walking and climbing stairs.
Work independently. Delivery drivers spend most of the day on the road. They are responsible for the cleanliness, safe operation, and maneuvering of their delivery vehicle.
Work within a team. Delivery drivers have a 24/7 driver hotline for support on the road. Delivery drivers will also support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes.
Communicate effectively with team to provide exceptional customer service & ensure deliveries are completed.
Effectively use smart phone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, tracking delivery status, communicating with management and other team members, and conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out.
Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. Delivery drivers interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner despite stressful events and/or conditions.
Maintain a safe driving record. Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicles, drive in accordance with weather/road conditions, and follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies.
