What Youll Do:
Provide PT services under established plans of care
Treat patients in SNF and/or Outpatient settings as appropriate
Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
Deliver individualized, meaningful patient care
Complete documentation efficiently and accurately

What Were Looking For:
OH Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Pending licensure
New graduates encouraged to apply
