Role Description
As a Customer Service Representative with JP Merk State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency.

Responsibilities
Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $45,****** - $65,****** per year
